This blend is a more structured and heavier-weight version of the soft modal fabric weâre known for. Modal is a naturally derived, plant-based fabric cultivated from beech-tree pulp which is sustainably sourced in Austria, and neighboring countries. Modal is made through an environmentally-conscious process where 95% of water and materials used to make the fabric are recycled. The fabric is also OEKO-TEXÂŽ Standard 100 certified which means it is free of harmful chemicals.
Fit:
Fit Advice: The Comfy Shirt Dress is fitted across the shoulders with a loose, drapey fit over the body and through the sleeves. Inspired by the Comfy Dress Shirt, this dress has the same V-neckline. For a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up. If youâre in between sizes, order the size that aligns with your bust measurement.
Dress Length: The Comfy Shirt Dress hits just below the knee. From waist to hem, the length is approximately 27.5â. From shoulder to hem, the length is approximately 40â-44â depending on size.
Model's Measurements: Emma, shown in Plum Purple and Olive Grey, is 5â10â and wearing a size M. Shannon, shown in Black, is 5'7" and wearing a size XS.
Care:
Hand washes in cold water or machine wash on a cold gentle cycle in a mesh bag. No bleach. Lay flat to dry. Hanging to dry may distort the shape. Do not iron, lightly steam if needed. Do not dry clean.

Encircled offers a full refund or exchange on new, unworn merchandise provided that the return is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return label fee of $15 will be applied to the refund. All items must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
Encircled aims to process returns within 21 business days of receiving your returned items. However during busy periods this may take longer. Returned packages are first sent to their warehouse in New York, where they will then continue on to our Encircled HQ offices in Toronto - this process of bringing the packages across the border takes around 3 weeks.
As Encircled is a small batch fashion company, cycling their inventory is crucial, any returns sent beyond 30 days of the original purchase date will be store credit only.Â
