Cumbia is a Colombian folkloric music and dance. Originating from the Caribbean coast, this music’s rhythms are a mix of African, indigenous, and Spanish musical melodies and instruments.

Please note that because Zuahaza's products are made by hand there are minor imperfections that are considered part of their natural beauty. If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied with the product, notify us within 14 days. Zuahaza will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund. After 14 days Zuahaza cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Zuahaza's error.

REFUNDS
Sale & Promotions: All sale & promotion items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Only exchanges apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, Zuahaza will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a piece for the same item or another item, send us an email. We will respond with instructions on next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Zuahaza doesn’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
